Our Specialization
Installation
Installation for elevators and escalators is one of our great expertise. Users can increase special functions and specific needs in their lifts through our advanced micro-processing network control technology.
Traction Elevator
Traction lifts are the oldest and most versatile type of lift. They basically consist of a lift car and a counterweight attached to separate ends of a cable which travel over a large pulley wheel called a Sheave at the top of the lift shaft. The counterweight and the lift are intended to balance each other out which means that only a small amount of power is needed to move the lift car up and down. When the lift car goes up, the counterweight goes down and vice versa, thus a lift work.
Escalator Elevator
Refurbishment of escalator steps, Step steam cleaning, Painting yellow lines on steps, Install or replace new handrail, under step lighting, safety brushes and safety glass panels, balustrades are our main areas of services in Escalate Elevators. .
Maintenance
For effective elevator and escalator maintenance, Pioneers Elevator PVT LTD has a unique responsibility: Equipment manufacturers install elevators and escalators that meet the strictest safety requirement.
Hydraulic Elevator
Hydraulic lifts have been the most common type of lifting mechanism used in buildings throughout the second half of the 20th century. They work on the principle of an electrically powered pump that pushes pressurized hydraulic fluid – typically oil — to a jack lifting system. A piston within a cylinder at the base of the elevator pushes the car up and down. Provide a superior control mechanism. It also makes the lift shaft process visible, making it easier to maintain and safer to operate.
